2020 KLA Virtual Conference 

October 15-16 

  • Cost - $200 for member companies; $250 for non-member companies
  • Setup - A link will be emailed to your company contact person that will allow you to complete your exhibitor profile
  • Attendance - We are expecting 300 librarians from across the state of Kentucky. These librarians will hail from a mix of Public, School, Academic, and Special institutions.
  • Hours - The virtual conference will tentatively take place 8:00am - 4:00pm each day, Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16. You do not have to be exclusively available during this time. Interested parties will email you for more information.
  • Visibility - Your company profile will be available to registrants from the time you update it on the KLA Conference website until December 31, 2020.
  • Cancellation Refunds - less a $75 administrative fee, will be processed after the meeting for cancellations received in writing by September 15. No refunds are available for cancellations received after September 15, 2020.
